I’m a social media and public relations strategist, freelance writer and blogger with a passion for the outdoors.

My interests include snowboarding, roller derby, surfing, travelling, yoga, running, mountain biking, social media nerdery, arts and culture, writing and reading inspiring books.

I grew up on a sailboat and travelled around the world with my parents for the first eight years of my life. I’d visited more than 20 countries before we returned to Canada. Since I was pretty much bitten by the travel bug at birth, I haven’t stopped travelling since. As an adult, I’ve ventured through Australia, Costa Rica, Thailand, and most of Europe.
