Yesterday, I attended the Fresh Media conference in downtown Vancouver. The grassroots media event took place at the W2 space, an old building built in 1903, located on W. Hastings street across from the Woodward’s building.

Pemberton wildfires continue. These photos by Dave Steers offer an incredible documentation of what’s happening in the village just north of Whistler. Many of my colleagues and friends live in Pemberton so I’m thinking of all those folks today.
